Our goal is to ship out all customer orders that are in stock within 24-48 hours. In fact, most in stock orders placed within 24 hours!

Every order is with a tracking number when shipped.

After we process and ship your item, a notification Email will be sent to you by our system, you can also login to your account to check your parcel's shipping status.

1)Registered air mail (FREE): Shipping out from Hongkong, more safer and more faster. It usually takes 10-15 business days for the parcel to get your side, registered number will be provided, customers can track the shipment status of parcel at HongKong Post firstly, and then, as soon as the parcel arrives in your country, it can be tracked at your local post website or local post office: http://app3.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/enquiry.jsp

2)Express Parcel (EMS: $30): usually take 5-7 business days delivery with a tracking numbers, if have any questions, the forwarder will contact us in 12 hours , and then we will send you email to remedy the situation. It can be tracked at:http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp

=Returns / Exchanges=

We offer 180 days warranty on each watch you purchase from the website. Watches may be returned or exchanged ONLY if it is faulty. Warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damages caused by external reasons (such as scratches, missing stones, dents, nicks, fading/chipping of the material on the product etc...). Warranty does not cover water damage, lost or stolen parts, damages due to personal misuse/negligence, therefore we strongly recommend not to swim, dive, surf or have any other similar activity with any watches.

We offer a 14-day refund policy, if you are not 100% satisfied with the goods, we would only issue a refund if

  • the item is returned within 14 days of purchase. (from the day the goods is signed for received)
  • After 14 days we may not issue a refund, but exchanges may be acceptable.
  • the item is in its original condition, which means the product hasn't been worn,sized,scratched,damaged,tampered or plastic removed.
  • All returns are at the customers' own cost.
  • The refund amount will be the exact amount you paid for the item without shipping fee.
  • Exchanges will be subject to price difference adjustment (if there is any).
  • All returns: please contact before returning of the goods to avoid unnecessary costs on both sides.
